Stages of Joining

01

A foreign volunteer fills out and submits the application form on the website in the “For Foreigners” section.

02

After the form is submitted to the system, recruiters review it. Based on the information provided, a decision is made regarding the interview.

03

The foreign volunteer is invited to an interview via the email specified in the form or through a messenger using the provided phone number.

04

The foreign volunteer receives the invitation details and gets in touch for the interview.

05

If the interview is successful, the foreign volunteer informs the recruiter about the estimated arrival time in Ukraine, and the recruiter provides the meeting point. A few days before arrival, the volunteer confirms their travel plans, and the recruiter confirms the time and place of the meeting.

06

After arriving in Ukraine, the foreign volunteer is accommodated at the Training Center for pre-contract preparation. During this stage, the candidate’s personality is assessed, training and skill checks are conducted, bureaucratic procedures are completed, and the personal file is prepared.

07

Once the personal file is fully prepared, the contract signing process begins. The contract is signed only when the foreign volunteer confirms readiness to join service and a unit commander agrees to accept the volunteer into their unit.

08

After signing the contract, the foreign volunteer is assigned to an entry-level unit and undergoes basic military training (BMT-100). Depending on the unit, the volunteer may receive additional specialized training.
