Privacy Policy
1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules governing the collection, processing, use, and protection of personal data that may be requested or obtained when using the ab3.army web portal (the “Portal”).
Personal data means information or a set of information about a natural or legal person who is identified or can be specifically identified.
The Portal administrator treats the confidential (personal) information of anyone who uses information published on the Portal, as well as Portal subjects—registered users, authorized provider representatives, and instructors (trainers)—with great respect, and therefore seeks to protect the confidentiality of personal data, thereby creating and ensuring the most comfortable conditions for using the Portal.
By filling in registration data and indicating that you have read this Privacy Policy (the “Policy”), you consent to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of ensuring role-based access, preparing statistical, administrative, and other information related to professional training.
Before using the Portal, please read carefully your rights and obligations regarding the processing of personal data as set out in Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, this Policy, and express your full agreement with its terms.
2. Collection and use of personal data
Personal data is collected only with your conscious and voluntary decision as a data subject in order to use the Portal’s functionality and in line with the purposes of processing stated in this Policy.
The scope and type of collection and use of your personal data vary depending on the role in which you intend to use the Portal’s functionality.
Depending on the role you choose, when you register on the Portal and complete your account profile you provide the following:
- Full name, date of birth, gender, or other identifying data, phone number, and e-mail;
- Information about your professional activity: place of work, position, position category, specialty, qualifications, academic degree, academic title, etc.;
- Additional registration data.
When you continue to use the Portal, information is automatically collected about what is contained in feedback forms / electronic messages.
3. Purpose of collection, processing, and use of personal data
Personal data is collected, processed, and used for the following purposes:
- Ensuring role-based access, including: registration of Portal subjects; organization of electronic interaction of Portal subjects through personal accounts;
- Summarizing and systematizing registers and structured data, including: forming lists; monitoring, summarizing, and analyzing statistical data generated by Portal subjects as a result of using the Portal.
Personal data is stored for no longer than necessary for the purposes of their collection, processing, and use, or until you stop using the Portal by deleting your account on the Portal.
4. Access to personal data
Full access to the personal data of registered Portal subjects is granted to an authorized representative of the Portal administrator.
5. Transfer of personal data to third parties
The Portal administrator (3rd separate assault brigade) does not transfer or disclose personal data received from registered Portal subjects to third parties.
Disclosure of personal data is possible in cases defined by the legislation of Ukraine, as well as when involving third parties that provide technical support and/or services to improve the Portal under contract and on the condition that personal data is not disclosed.
The Portal may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites and other Internet resources. Third-party resources may be governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies. Third-party resources and their content are not verified by us for compliance with requirements (accuracy, completeness, legality, etc.). The 3rd separate assault brigade is not responsible for any information or materials posted on third-party resources.
6. Protection of personal data
The Portal administrator takes the necessary procedural and technical measures to protect your personal data against loss, unauthorized access, or dissemination on the Portal.
7. Changes to the Policy
The Portal administrator may change this Policy so that it accurately reflects the methods of collection, processing, use, access to, and protection of personal data.
You should therefore review this Policy periodically. When the Portal administrator changes this Policy, they update the “last modified” date at the top of this Policy. Changes to this Policy are effective when published.
8. Your rights
After registering on the Portal, you have the right to:
- Receive information about the sources of collection and storage location of your personal data, and the purpose of their processing;
- Receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data, including information about third parties to whom your personal data is transferred;
- Receive, no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the request (except as provided by the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”), information on the processing and use of your personal data;
- Submit a reasoned objection to the personal data controller regarding the processing of your personal data;
- File complaints about the processing of your personal data with the controller or processor with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or in court;
- Use legal remedies in case of violation of personal data protection legislation;
- Withdraw consent to the processing of your personal data.
9. Location of personal data
The controller and processor of personal data is the 3rd separate assault brigade.
